HT-BSP helps with epigenetic research

At present, studies generally focus on the detection of DNA methylation, such as the methylation level of one or several genes. At this time, high-throughput methylation chip or sequencing is adopted, which is too high and wasteful. However, the traditional pyrosequencing, T-BSP and MSP can only detect a few methylation sites at one time, which is troublesome and inappropriate. HT-BSP can detect the methylation level at any location of multiple genes, which is not only applicable to some genes known in the methylation detection region, but also applicable to explore the significant methylation region of genes
